I use different herbs, candles and other sacred plants to burn and create smoke that cleanses and purifies the energy in a space or the aura of a person. Sacred smoke ceremonies are an ancient practice brought about by indigenous peoples. We work with the sprit of the plants and the Creator to drive out negative and/or stagnant energies and to bring in blessings. While sacred smoke is naturally purifying for the air, some are sensitive to the burning of some herbs and plants.
