How sound can help you heal

Music makes us feel things, right? Well, sound healing is an ancient practice that uses frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony. Sound frequencies slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body's system for self-healing.

There are many different modalities in sound healing and sound therapy. The modality that I use, is a sound-bed that uses Spatial Sound and Spatial Vibration that has the ability to shift how you feel within minutes. The SoundBed uses vibroacoustic technology to deliver low-frequency vibrations throughout your body that quickly releases you out of stress response and into a place of deep relaxation and receptivity.

The SoundBed can channel a wide range of frequencies. There are many diverse audio journeys you can experience that will integrate different frequencies, isometric tones, etc. aligned with different parts and energies of the body and desired brainwave states. So, it can be programed for your targeted zones or Chakras. The bed itself vibrates at deeper hz while the audio (headphone) experience will be the full range of audible frequencies.

Healing with sound can improve or cure many ailments including:

Autism

Depression

Learning disabilities

Anxiety disorder

Stress

PTSD

Pain

It can also bring about:

Clarity and balance

Relaxation

Improved memory and concentration

Improved sleep

A stronger immune system

Improved creativity

Heightened awareness, both of the self and the environment

The magic of “Musical Medicine” will come into its own. The application of such healing potencies will not be limited just to man’s body and mind. It will be an agency for building and healing his soul as well. - Corinne Heline (1882-1975)
